Hadiqa Kiani is one of the most renowned and talented female artists in Pakistan. She is a pop singer, songwriter, composer, actor, guitarist, and philanthropist. She has performed exceptionally in many regional languages of Pakistan, on prestigious platforms such as Coke studio, and has prominently represented the culture and music of Pakistan internationally, such as in Toronto, New York, Malaysia, Turkey, and China. For Hadiqa Kiani’s valuable contribution to Pakistan’s music industry, she has received many prestigious awards, including one of the finest civilian awards of Pakistan, the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz in 2006, the Lux Style Award in 2018, and was also appointed as a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador in 2010. Hadiqa Kiani has sung many popular songs, including, Buhe Baariyaan, Hona Tha Pyaar, Udaari, Zindagi Gulzaar Hai, and many more. She has recently recorded a culturally unique Sufi/Qawwali program; Virsa (Heritage), which was viewed across the globe, and loved by millions.
