RDB (an acronym for Rhythm, Dhol, Bass), is a band initially formed in 1997, by three British Indian brothers) The band’s style blends western genres with traditional Punjabi beats and vocals. The band combines their musical creativity with their passion for technology and started experimenting with sounds, which led them to win many prestigious awards including the “Best Club DJ Bhangra” at the UK Asian Music Awards, and two awards for Best Music Videos at the Brit Asia TV Music Awards. The band has produced extremely popular and iconic songs, including Singh is Kinng, Rafta Rafta, Aja Mahi, Paisa Paisa, and Boliyaan.
